Whoo hoo! That is fantastic news! Holly is such a fighter and I know this is just the first of many positive steps down on her recovery road! Griffin and I are cheering for her, and for you! ~ Stacy
Griffin lived an amazing life for 11 years! Diagnosed with osteosarcoma on March 17, 2020, Griffin's right forelimb was amputated on April 2, 2020. Ten days later he was running and playing fetch! Lung metastasis discovered in July 2020 did not slow down Griffin and he lived joyfully for the next 7 months, passing peacefully at home on February 11, 2021. https://griffin.tripawds.com
Oh thank goodness.... finally....YAY!!! That's wonderful, and with everything that's gone on a HUGE step forward🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡

Thanks so much everyone!!! Holly is sending extra love to her fanclub!!
She's come such a long way, it's a long road ahead but she's doing so well. I cried when she walked.
No walking today so far but she did manage to almost get out her bed before. We've padded out the floor round her bed so it's easier to get out of.
She's got a great appetite and the infection is almost gone! We can go the vets every other day instead of every day now as the vet showed us how to flush the wound and apply manuka.
We're going in the right direction yay.
Thanks guys xo
A great appetite and infection almost gone? Holly deserves a gold medal! 🐾🏅 Those photos of her are adorable! You have done a fantastic job pulling her through the bumpy parts of her recovery, Sophie. May all be smooth sailing from here! 💞 Stacy

Hi Sophie,
I just read through Holly's story, and...wow. Saying it was a rollercoaster is an understatement. I can't imagine how stressful and terrifying some of those days and nights must have been.
But that is a whole lot of fight packed into such an adorable little package and I am so happy to see she is making such good progress. Those are a lot of hurdles and it's amazing that you both are still giving it your all.
I look forward to joining the Holly fan club and cheering her on!
Wishing you luck and continued progress,
Shane and Aspen
Thank you everyone, your kind words and encouragement mean the world to us.
She's so cute and full of fight! Such a big personality in a small body.
Shane, that's so nice of you taking the time to read Holly's story. Thank you. I just read Aspens story, what a beautiful dog. Sending all the love and pawsitivity in the tripawd journey. Holly also steps backwards a lot!
Update. The hole in her incision is closing! Still quite big but hopefully we're getting there. She walked a little bit, well shuffle hopped to go potty today! Yayy.
She had some diarrhea so vet said to stop the carpofen. But it's been 24 hours and no diarrhea so yay.
Love to all xo
HOLLY!!! YOU ARE TRULY A MIRACLE DOGGY!!!
To know that the jncision is healing is sich great news! Really great news!! Shuffle...hop....it all counts as being mobile!!! Her will and determination.....and your will and determination......astound us all! 😎
And YAY for no runny
Thanks again for keeping is in the loop. This little spitfire of a dog has such a huge fan base. We just love celebrating all her milestones! Yep, Holly is doing things her way at her own pace and that alright!
