Have you seen DogLeggs? (http://www.dogleggs.com). That might work but she may not want to wear it all the time.
Not sure what the vet would say about removing her claws but it's worth a conversation. Let us know.

Those are pretty cool, but I dunno if she'd put up with them. I miiiiight be able to trick her into allowing it if I wrap a bandanna around her leg, she loves her some bandannas!
