Many members use the Ruff Wear harness for their rear-leggers. In fact, we use it to help Wyatt in and out of our RV and truck every day.
The AST Get a Grip provides full body support for heaver and less mobile dogs, or consider the Help Em Up harness if your dog need more direct hip support.

I had a really hard time deciding so I asked my vet what he thought the pros and cons of the 3 would be and we ended up also choosing the ruffwear harness even though he is a rear legger!
We bought a harness for Zack, but barely used it. We got it to help him on the stairs, but he was very stubborn and wouldn't move at all when we put it on him.
Not sure what size you need, but I can send to you to try it – it's an XL Walk-A-Bout front support harness (front legs go through, and then there are buckles for the midsection.) If it works for you, then it's yours.
Zack, King of Dogs, 1996 to 2010
Zack lived a full 14 years, even to the end.
The joy and memories he provided us will last a lifetime.
Surviving him is his sister, Izzy, a 12-year-old boxer mix quadpawd.
And the latest addition, Zula, an 11-month-old pit bull mix tripawd.
