We just returned from a visit with Jerry's cancer clinic, the Vet Cancer Care center in Santa Fe, and their founder, Dr. Kelly, told us that she starts most dogs on metronomics right after IV chemo (and sometimes she will do it concurrently during chemo, depending on how the dog handles it).
As for the metronomics , here is the info we shared a while back, it's a compilation of Jerry's experience:

Thanks for all the info... it sounds like 10 days after her last chemo will be ok. I'll keep you posted! Her meds just came in the mail, so we're all set to start whenever her vet and oncologist give her the green light!
