Our dog has been taking chlorambucil daily post amputation (metronomics ). Diamondback drugs is out of Chlorumbucil, and as of yesterday, hopes to have more 'by the end of the month'. They had the same problem in July, and also hoped to have more by the end of July. Does anyone know of other compounding pharmacies that have Chlorambucil available?

It's a good idea to put feelers out to see if anyone is getting chlorambucil (Leukeran) from other pharmacies. We do have members using it, check out this post:

Hi I can't fill it at diamondback either but apex in Connecticut has it!
Jill is a 9-year-old tuxedo kitty. She was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma in June 2012 on her toe in her right hind leg. Her leg was amputated on 12/12/12 and she completed four rounds of chemo (2 of Carbo, 2 of Doxy) in April 2013. Our vet (VCA Specialty Center) was able to locate Chlorambucil at Roadrunner. The vet tells us they had several patients that were affected by Diamondback drugs shortage.
Our dog http://cassiewa.....pawds.com/ is 6 months post amp, and has been on Chlorambucil since her first round of chemo. As of her last chest x-ray in early, still looking good and going strong.
