MVRC just called at 9:53am CST and Charley is under anesthesia and doing well. He’s going in now for surgery. I’ll keep praying for my boy and for another miracle.
It makes me feel so much better knowing that we are surrounded by love, hope, and prayers for Charley!

DOB: 3-29-08, male chocolate lab
Dx: OSA L proximal humerus 10-19-10
Amputation: L front leg & scapula 10-28-10
Chemo: 5 rounds of Carboplatin

Ohhhhhh yeah!!! Charley's surrounded....infused...and covered all over in love and the healing energy of the whole tripawd community and all the Angels above andhere!!
Now, ask the vet for a large syringe. Melt some chocolate labe kisses. Fill it up with that yummy chocolate and infuse yourself with so much chocolate you'll get a sugar rush that will make you feel high as a kite!! Remember, that's how Charley will be feeling too!! Nice, huh?

Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!

07/26/2006 - Sassy earned her wings 08/20/2013
05/04/2006 - Bosch, Sassy's pal, earned his wings 03/29/19 fought cancer for 4 months.
"You aren't doing it TO her, you are doing it FOR her. Give her a chance at life."
Okay, I may have missed it. The last update I saw was day two after surgery and he was recovering icely.
Have I missed urther updates? How is Charley??
