Just heard about this interesting new immunotherapy vaccine. If you want to read the full interview see Dr. Becker's blog.

Story at-a-glance

  • Dr. Patricia Lawman is the CEO of Morphogenesis, Inc., which has developed a cancer vaccine called ImmuneFx
  • ImmuneFx is designed to prompt the immune system to respond to abnormal proteins within individual tumors
  • Over 1,200 doses of the vaccine have been given, with no adverse side effects to date
  • ImmuneFx has been used to treat over 30 different types of cancers in dogs, cats, and horses

Thanks again Jerry! It's always encouraging to here progress IS being made!

I was a little bummed as I read through it that she wasn't ready to reveal the results of the study yet! I'm sure there are a zillion guidelines that have ro be followed.

She did seem to indicate she was pleased with the results though......to be continued...

Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!

I felt the same way Sally, I want to see the study. But, with an endorsement from Dr. Becker, who I think is super knowledgeable and pawesome, I'm sure that the treatment holds a lot of promise.

I understood the results of the study for horse melanoma was not yet available. Here's a study on canine lymphoma: http://cancer-t.....27-840.pdf

I hope this "vaccine" is successful.
