Fitting Instructions for Ruff Ware Harness

HI, I purchased the Ruff Ware harness and it arrived today. However the packaging was minimal , and there were not any instructions on how to fit it to my dog. I searched here but didnt find any suggestions. It may seem like an easy thing but I want it to work at it's best potential. Any help out there? Thanks
