Wanted to share this news segment ABC News did about Penn/Nicola Mason's Bone Cancer Vaccine Trial....pretty cool!!
Jill is a 9-year-old tuxedo kitty. She was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma in June 2012 on her toe in her right hind leg. Her leg was amputated on 12/12/12 and she completed four rounds of chemo (2 of Carbo, 2 of Doxy) in April 2013. That is an awesome article. I sure wish I would have known about it for Sassy, maybe they would have had the vaccine delivered here to our vet. I want to know if anyone is doing studies on puppies and the genes they have???
