Thank you so much for the responses. I don't see that out of state adoption would be impossible. There is a $100 adoption fee thar must be paid to the clinic. Then we would just have to figure out transport. I do have much experience in shipping cats via cargo but it's expensive... He's currently 36 lbs... but I would imagine we could all somehow come together to get him transported.
Feel free to contact me privately either via direct message here or at my email address which is linked in the original post. I would like for pup to be completely vaccinated before leaving the hospital if he's going to go out of state.
As of yesterday, one of our techs mentioned her parents may be interested in adoption. We do not hold adoptions though so first come first serve. Will update if they decide to adopt before I hear from you all.

Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!

UPDATE: Today, Mishka has gone for an in-home adoption trial with the parents of one of our technicians here!! We are very hopeful that this wonderful dog savvy couple and their extremely well behaved Belgian shepherd will accept him into their home permanently. I should know for sure within the week.
Fingers crossed! I would he super excited to see this baby more as he grows 🙂

Sorry for the lag in updates guys!! Work has been insane lately.
Mishka is now calles Hoppy and has officially been adopted!!! One of our vet tech's parents adopted him and his has a lovely Belgian shepherd brother. He has a wonderful life of travelling in their camper all over the place. He absolutely loves his daddy too!! We are so happy for him!!
