Meet Rigsby! He was hit by a car around Christmas, but his then family didn't seek vet care. They recently surrendered him to rescue, and he finally had his badly damaged leg amputated.

Rigsby is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm negative, house trained, and good with everything (other dogs, cats, kids). He weighs ~35 lbs. and is roughly 1 1/2 years old. Our best breed guess is a shepherd/hound mix (?). He is located in Arkansas, but transport can be arranged.
