Hello,
We have four dogs, one is a 50 pound mixed breed we adopted three months ago shortly after his owner gave him up to be put down when he was hit by a car. The vet amputated his back left leg after he spent Thanksgiving weekend in agony. He then contracted canine influenza and was quarantined. Once he was healthy enough we visited him twice with our other three dogs and felt we had to take him home and care for him. Unfortunately he has not gotten along with two of our little dogs.
Mack is extremely affectionate and loving. He is getting stronger and healthier by the day. Ideally his best fit would be the only dog or with another larger dog who is ok with rough housing. He is a happy boy and we love him, but just can't have him with little dogs. If anyone is looking for a loving pet to fill your life with and think you'd like to meet Mack please contact me. We are in Houston, but I am will to travel anywhere with him to find a loving home for big Mack.

Hi Devon, thanks for working so hard to give Mack a good home. Do you have photos/videos of him that you can share?
Videos are best uploaded to YouTube then paste the Video URL here. This is how adding images to the Forums works.
- Upload pics to a photo sharing site like imgur.com or your own Tripawds blog!
- Right click and copy the Image URL or just copy the image if you’re on a phone
- Return to your Tripawds Forum post and paste the image URL (or the image itself) in your post. It should automatically appear.
If you’d like help figuring out the process let me know.
P.S. I hid your email address to keep the evil spam bots from slamming you with junk mail.
