For some reason, my housemate was torturing herself and looking at adoptable dogs. The Green County Humane Society is No Kill shelter with dogs that have been their for years. But tripawd Tasha, a young female terrier/blue heeler mix, hasn't been their real long yet at least: http://greencou.....-Dogs.html
Also, I hope this isn't cheating, but Green County also had to seize a large number of (four legged) Great Danes (some pregnant that have since had puppies) a few months ago. They will be available soon - most just need to be healed up from spaying and neutering first. If you or someone you know is a Great Dane lover, please check these pups (literally and figuratively) out! http://greencou.....l Other Wisconsin humane societies are helping to shoulder the burden, but it's a Great Dane-sized burden. Please help if you can.
Gerry has been a tripawd since 12/16/2009.
He was a shelter dog with a mysterious past and an irrepairable knee injury.
Videos and pics of Gerry's pawesomeness can be found at: http://gerry.tripawds.com
