Our friend Calpurnia sent us this info. Tika was rescued from a puppy mill, and is in Colorado Springs at a foster pawrent's house. She needs a home, so please go to PetFinder and tell a friend.

Unlike a lot of the dogs that have injuries from being in cages, Tika was born with a deformed front leg, which was not treated until she got to Colorado and had it amputated. She should be fine now, and ready for a loving home!!
