I know this might be off subject a bit, but I tried to access Murphy's YouTube channel this afternoon in order to post a video, and it seems to have disappeared. I tried to go back to one of my early posts and play a video from that, but it doesn't show up at all. Am I missing something? Can YouTube just arbitrarily eliminate Murph's channel?

Murphy is a five year old Lab/Chessie cross. He was hit by a car on 10/29/12 and became a Tripawd on 11/24/12. On 2/5/13, he had a total hip replacement on his remaining back leg. He has absolutely no idea that he has only three legs!

Kathi that is SO weird. We had set up a whole playlist about Murphy and yes I see the videos have been deleted or are unavailable. No, YouTube wouldn't just delete them. The only time they might is if a user repeatedly ignored their warnings about changing copyrighted music etc. Since yours didn't have any music, I'm wondering, did you delete your Google account? YT and Google are the same company and the log-ins are linked. That's the only thing I can think of but I'll ask Admin when he returns.
We'll figure this out.

The email address I use for YouTube is a gmail one, so I don't get it, either. I can log in with the address, but the channel has disappeared.

I had two...one with just my name and one that was Murphy the Three Legged dog. I can still access mine and have just posted a video of Ollie on it. Weird!

There is a video from my account about Ollie going to obedience school that I posted to the Alumni thread. Any of the links to Murphy's videos that were posted here come up a dead end. When I ask for Murphy the Three Legged Dog, it doesn't seem to exist.
It used to be that when I logged in, I was given a choice between the two channels. Now there is only one.
Thanks so much for checking on this for me. I know that I can probably recreate what was on there, but it will mean downloading videos from my old XP computer to a memory stick or mini disk and then trying to post them from the laptop.

Unfortunately, Murphy is nowhere to be found.
The other interesting thing I found when I tried to access the channel by using the link posted here is that it says the channel does not exist. But then when I hit the My Channel button on the left, it shows up. Curiouser and curiouser.
