These forums have just been updated to Simple:Press v. 5.1.1. This upgrade addresses long list of minor bug fixes and small enhancements. Thank you for your patience and continued support!
Most Importantly:
Moderators can now change topic titles without slug titles-1 getting appended, causing broken links to topic titles-1-1. 
And, we just made searching these forums even easier by adding a link to Recent Search Results! So, even after viewing found topics users can easily return to the list of topics from their most recent search.
