Maybe you can move this to a new topic since my browser (Safari, I have a Mac), won't even load the Technical support forum page...
Symptoms: Recently when I log on (within last couple days), when I go onto the forums most icons are little blue boxes with question marks. This has happened in the past (once in a while), but it always went away or finished loading properly.
Any advice on this?
-Nicole
Chloe became a rear amp tripawd on 7-29-10. Another tumor was removed on front leg 2-20-14. Found 3rd tumor on neck 2-2015, but she's still kicking cancer's butt at age 14. Chloe's blog
First, sorry for the inconvenience. We too have noticed some issues with Safari sccessfully loading complete pages periodically. This is likely due to recent site perfomance challenges which we are working frantically to address. It will be worse on topics with lots of photos, during peak traffic times, or when we are working behind the scenes here, which has been a lot lately.
First suggestion is to clear your browser cache. From the Safari menu, select Empty Cache, then reload the page.
Second is to try Firefox which has many fewer compatibility issues in general.
Third is to please be patient, as we are getting close to launching a new theme for Tripawds which we hope will address this, and much more. Thanks.

Thanks for moving my post! It was really frustrating the other day when I couldnt even post my own topic... And thanks for the suggestion, I just emptied my cache. Today is better, I can navigate most of the site without problems. I will be away for a lab trip on and off for the next 3 weeks, so we will see what happens when I get back... Fingers crossed!

Hopefully by then, things will be looking a bit different around here! Have a good trip.

Upon further investigation, it appears this is a very common issue many Safari users are experiencing lately and totally unrelated to this website or the recent site overhaul. Hence the reason for it not being fixed after the launch yesterday of our theme makeover.
We discovered this link with an explanation and detailed steps to fix Safari pages not loading completely.
Basically, enter the following open DNS server addresses in System Preferences -> Network -> Current/Connected Network -> Advanced -> DNS then click OK and Apply. Clear the browser cache and restart Safari to see if it helps.
- If you live in the US: 4.2.2.1 and 4.2.2.2
- Outside the US: 208.67.222.220 and 208.67.220.222
IMPORTANT: Please take note of any existing DNS entries so you can revert the setting if necessary. If problems persist, please contact your network administrator, Internet Service Provider, or Apple Technical Support.
Hopethis helps!
After noticing that Safari still had trouble completely loading some pages, we've done some further testing and discovered a couple settings that seem to help:
- Turn Off Extensions, even if you have none installed (Preferences -> Extensions -> Off)
- Always Allow Cookies (Preferences -> Security -> Accept Cookies -> Always)

I will try that, for the most part, it doesnt like when i click a link before the current page has finished loading. Will see how suggested settings work!
