Hi, I hope this is the right place to be asking - I have been writing my blog for a while now and recently, when trying to upload an image an error message came up saying that I didn’t have enough space to add more images. So I deleted all of the media I had previously uploaded, but still the error message comes up saying I need to delete more. I have deleted all media and there is nothing left to delete - I was wondering if anyone else had this problem, and if so how was it resolved?

FYI: By deleting your images, the photos in your published blog posts no longer display. This is irreversible.
Deleting images from the Media Library does not delete image backups, cropped versions, and thumbnails. Cropping or otherwise editing photos within the Media Library creates multiple versions of the file. Saving edited photos creates duplicate copies consuming space in the Media Library. It is best to resize and crop any images before upload.
Your upload quota has been reset.
