Interesting, that's a first. We have removed the drag and drop Captcha from the registration page so that should no longer be an issue. Perhaps there was a browser specific conflict or Javascript was not current or enabled.

The Captcha is now only required when posting to the forums as a guest or first-time member, not for registration. And it appears to be functioning fine. Please let us know if problems persist.

Hi Mary Ellen, sorry for any trouble you're having.

Activation emails are sent immediately upon registration. If you did not receive yours it may have been stuck in your Spam folder or they may have been a typo in the email address used to register.

For your convenience, we have just manually activated the account created using the same email address you used to post your comment above. You should now be able to log in with the username you created (meokeefe) and the password you were sent. Check your spam folder for the registration email if you have not already received it, or send us a PM and we can manually reset your password and send you the login details.
