If any Modertaors using Internet Exploder do not see the small wrench icon that links to your admin tools, turn off Compatibility View and they should appear. Many thanks to cometdog for figuring out this fix ...
Now that I know it's IE8 only - well, it's fixed!
It has to do with "Compatability View" in IE8. I disabled it and now it works. If anyone else has that problem, let them know to disable the Compatibility View: Tools ---> Compatability View -->unchecked.

IE is still blocked here at work from the external web, I know I have IE8 so if we ever get unblocked I will check this out.

I just saw mommy have to clip monkeybutt's eyebrows and nose hairs! They are Andy Rooney-ish - like a 2 inches long! But that wasn't the worst of it! She had to clip his matted wee-wee hairs! Eeeeeeeeeeeeew!
Monkeydogs are pesky and gross!
Comet - 1999 to 2011
She departed us unexpectedly January 23, 2011 at the age of 12 1/2.
She was born with a deformed front leg and a tripawd all of her life.
