Hi,
I guess I haven't paid attention to the size of the files that I've uploaded.
I've deleted some of the files that I haven't used as well as videos that I accidentally uploaded, but my file storage hasn't changed. Can you help?
Also, if I want to delete some of my bigger file size photos from my media library (I have some that are uploaded more than once, but used in different blogs) will that delete the photos from my blog post? I know I have a lot of wasted storage space, but I don't want to be re-doing a bunch of older blog posts.
Thanks!
Hugs!

Sorry for the hassles, Ellen! Yes, reducing image file size before upload is the best way to avoid consuming the Media Library quota.

Certainly! Please check your Private messages and we'll get to the bottom of this. Something wonky is going on with your blog. And yes, that's the technical term for it.
...if I want to delete some of my bigger file size photos from my media library...will that delete the photos from my blog post?
Yes, but ONLY IF those photos are used in the blog post(s). Deleting duplicate unused photos from the library will not affect other images used in the post(s).
