Yes there are various ways members and guests can follow blogs and be notified of new posts.
Please review this existing topic:
If the selected theme for a site does not have an RSS feed link, simply use the following format for the feed in your reader: blogname.tripawds.com/feed
Tripawds Supporter II blogs also now have the option of allowing readers to subscribe via email, like Jill's mom has done.
