Hmmm...comments where? It sounds like you're talking about blog comments.
If that is the case, your comments may have been spammed (mis-identified as spam). And once that happens, it is more likely to happen again. If you're talking about comments you made on your own blog, check the Spam tab on the Comments page in your dashboard. If you are referring to other blog(s), please provide a link so we can look into it for you.

It looks like I'm SPAM again. I approved all my responses on Zato's blog but now some of them aren't showing. I just commented on http://nitro.tr.....ng-months/ and it's not showing either.

No, unfortunately once a user's comment has been spammed they are more likely comments from that user are to be spammed gain. (Your comment has been approved.)
Keep reporting here if it continues to happen. The more we can train the algorithm that your comments are valid, the quicker it will learn they are legit.
