Hmmm indeed... we just commented successfully, so the site is functioning properly.
Your screenshot does not show the URL so it's hard to say exactly what is failing, but a 404 (File Not Found) error can be caused by network network latency delaying a response to the POST command.
Technical enough for ya? 
In other words, try again. Ensure that no other pages, tabs or other apps are open and consuming bandwidth. Or if possible, try to replicate the behavior on another device or network.
Anypawdy else experiencing the same issue?

Okay, it's still doingnit. And now...its showingnthat same "tiger" thing on all the blogs except ones by Admin and Jerry.
Heres a screenshot of the top l ine where the url should be...I think
Then....I tapped that rop line where the url should be and I got this...the orange lin at the top...I thin that's url?
AND...I just saw a ppst from Lori (Ty) to Katrina Dymond) where she tried tompost on her blog but it said ":-) wrong page"....pretty sure it said "riger" too

Links (URLs) to the blogs where you encounter trouble commenting and/or where you can post a comment successfully are much more helpful than so and so's blog titled such and such.
Thank you for your patience and help so we can get to the bottom of this! We've seen comments from you so it clearly isn't all blogs. We just need to determine which themes, plugins and/or devices are the cause. With all bloggers having control over their own discussion settings, this is no easy task. But rest assured, our team of trained monkey is on it!

Ok, I just got the "easy tiger" warning when trying to post on Dymond's blog, "A Girl's Best Friend", this from my desktop, and thru Google Chrome.....I give up for awhile......!!

I had commented in another forum about also receiving the "easy tiger" message when I attempted to post to Dymond's blog. It happened while I was on my work desktop computer.
Guess Tripawds is being taken over by crazy tigers...

Please provide links to any sites where you cannot (or can) post comments.
This will help us find the blogs mentioned and get to the bottom of things much more quickly and easily.
We do notice some of you successfully posting on some sites, yet mentioning problems on others, so the issue is likely related to the themes in use on the different blogs. We may need to recruit more monkeys...

Clearly not just a tavlet issue. We just made a change to Lucky Sadie's plugin settings and successfully commented. If anypawdy can see if they can do the same, we may be on to something here...

Third times a charm, we just confirmed the setting change on these three blogs allows user comments from both a computer and tavlet without releasing any tigers, or monkeys.
