Your mobile device (phone/4G) and yourcomputer connected via Wifi (router) will have two different IP addresses.

Yes, that would explain the phone connecting, and your computer not...please provide your IP address so we can remove any potential blocks. You must visit this website using the computer that cannot connect to get the correct IP address.

Yes, it is. But you will not find your computer's IP address in your Windows settings, unless you care to get pretty technical...
Get your current IP address here. You need to visit the site using the computer that is having trouble connecting to Tripawds.

Oh good, thanks. You can never provide too much information. FYI:
- Database connection issues are different than an IP block You will not even see that message if your address has been blocked.
- Temporary IP bans and bandwidth throttling can and will occur before an IP gets permanently blocked. This occurs for security reasons, normally triggered by multiple failed login attempts or too many concurrent connections.
- Temporary connection issues can be expected in the very early morning hours during server backups, and due to troubleshooting and maintenance we are currently undertaking to identify and thwart the ongoing attacks our server has been experiencing.

This indicates a Link-local range of IP addresses. the root address (169.254.115.92) has no block, likely because it is a local area network address.
Did you visit WhatIsMyIP.com? This website will immediately give you the current IP address of your computer or device on the public internet.

tldr; Yes. We need your public internet IP address to determine if it has been blocked.
Explanation: The address you provided from the Windows setting is a "Link-local IP address range". Link-local addresses may be assigned manually or by automatic operating system procedures. They are assigned most often via autoconfiguration. They are commonly only used to assign IP addresses for devices on a local network, when no mechanism of address configuration exists, such as DHCP, or when another configuration method has failed.

Yes, very sweet, but mistaken.
These settings are for the machine on your local network. Any address beginning in 192.168.x.x is not a public internet IP address.
Please, have him go to whatismyip.com or whatismyipaddress.com on the machine that cannot connect to tripawds.com.
This is the easiest way to provide the IP address we need to identify and remove any block.

Mine happened at 5:40 AM, 8:42 AM, 8:43 AM, & 8:47 AM EDT
I was able to get on at 9:07 AM EDT
I first tried on the computer (first screen shot) page or back now. Then tried the phone on wifi and then 4G. Just to see what happened it wasn’t my IP address this A.M. Likely the number #3 ?
