Awww Mark!! Thanks so much for taking the time to video that!! Little did you know the stuff you woukd end up doing just because purrkins became a tripawd!! That was soooo kind of you!
Unfortunately I just can't make a "selec all" show up in this thing when it comes to "copying"' I do have a technique for putting stuff on my clipboard. It just doesn't always transfer though.
And no Admin Guy, I have no ctrl key on here.

I have not been able to access the site since last night from our internet connection .
On Safri & on Firefox, I can get anywhere else on the internet but not on Tripawds site or any part of the site? I am lost on what to do I have cleared the cookies, cache, I have restarted everything .
Turned the wifi off on my phone and now using 4G on the phone & that works?
Question is why am I only having the issue accessing Tripawds site thru our internet any ideas?

This is a perfect example of what happens when an IP address has been blocked.
I am lost on what to do I have cleared the cookies, cache, I have restarted everything .
FYI: None of these steps will help, if all you get is a white screen, or "unable to connect" message

Yup. Your IP address was blocked.
Thank you for providing the IP! We have removed the block.
After the recent onslaught of attacks that crippled the server, we had to tighten security measures. We also manually banned some IP ranges based on logs. Looks like yours fell in with the bad guys...sorry! All should be good now.
NOTE: Unless you have a static IP address, you may be able to renew the IP through your router's admin interface. You can also confirm an IP block by attempting to load the site via a proxy of some sort.

Nope. Very few people need a static address, they are commonly used for VPN access to specific servers or for various other reasons.

Petra you can take a screenshot of anything on the screen that you looking at. In cases where there is the error messages they are nice to take a screen shot of in case you need to get some help from the admin!
On your pad you you hit the top on/off button and your home screen button at the same time. You should hear the camera sound, that screenshot will be you your photos. Try it and see if it works for you. I have Marks pad right here.

Good morning,
I am at work right now and here I am not having a problem getting in. At home however, I have not been able to log in to Tripawds with my desktop for 3 days. We even tried on my husbands desktop and nada. I keep getting that timed out message, or tripawds is not responding, cannot find the site Tripawds, or "are you sure you typed the address correctly"? I do not know what to do. I cleaned out my cache, dumped everything in my computer, even on my cell at home I cannot get on. I tried on my tablet also. Just before bed I shut off the wifi access for the heck of it and I connected with my cell. I don't know how that could make a difference but it did. That's how I posted last night. I have used IE, Edge, I even downloaded Chrome 
I unplugged my router/modem, changed the settings, rebooted my desk top. Is it just me? I can access my Gmail account with my cell from work, any advise would be so greatly appreciated!

I just read back through the history in this forum, so is it possible our IP addresses have been blocked? Is there a light at the end of the tunnel? Am I going to be able to go back to that blog that I finally started?
