I just created my blog, but I do not have "New Post" or "Manage Contents" buttons. Any help would be appreciated.

Usually, your first post (blog) will require approval, so hang tight.

Welcome Angela, sorry for any trouble or confusion. You should have no problem accessing your dashboard now.
We've logged in to your account and confirmed access to the dashboard with all the expected Admin capabilities.
Make sure that you are viewing Gaspar's site dashboard. All users are also members of the main Tripawds site. As subscribers here, you will no see any of the posting or other management options. See the My Sites link in the black Admin bar at top right to confirm which site you're viewing...
FYI: Your first blog post will require moderation. Once you publish your first draft, we'll approve it ASAP. Future posts and pages will not require approval.
Regarding the Help Videos not displaying, thanks for bringing that to our attention. We're looking into that now.

I'm having the same problems Angela had. I'm unable to edit and when I try to access the tutorial videos, it takes me to the page but doesn't show them.

Sorry for the trouble!
We fixed that, and confirmed you now have full Admin control for Luna's blog. We've also removed your publishing restriction so your first blog post will not require moderation.
We're still looking into the tutorial video issue.

Tutorial playlists now display in the dashboard on for all member blogs on the Help Videos tab. You can refine the list of videos displayed by searching for various tools or tasks...
And: Relevant videos also display in the Help tab at the top of many mages in the dashboard...

A recent update required some new configurations we missed. 
Newbie here - same issue. I've double-checked the advice from above - I'm on my site and not the main Tripawds, but the options that are normally on the left sidebar are missing (posts, pages, plugins, tools, etc). I have other blogs so I'm familiar with WP but I'm not seeing settings to change this. Currently I only see Dashboard, Help, Profile, Account, and My sites.
