Recently, a number of Comcast subscribers have reported they are no longer receiving topic subscription notifications. We have confirmed that email from tripawds.com is getting blocked by Comcast, and requested that they remove the block.
We will report back ASAP as soon as we receive a reply or have any more information. If you are a Comcast user and have not been receiving email from Tripawds lately, consider following these instructions for requesting Comcast to remove the block.
Complete the Comcast.net Blocked Provider Request Form with the following details:
- Domain of Blocked IP:

72.51.35.77 - I have done the following:
Leave all options unchecked - Issue Description (Suggested):
I participate in the Tripawds canine cancer discussion forums and recently I stopped receiving all email notifications from tripawds.com. The website adminstrators inform me that they have implemented technology to filter or prevent transmission of
spam, but my email is still getting blocked by comcast with the error, "... comcast 72.51.35.77 Comcast block for spam." Please remove this block of the Tripawds mail server at the earliest possible convenience. Thank you!

Well, that was quick! Comcast informs us that our email server has been removed from the Comcast.net blocklist.
there is no need to submit the request form above, unless that is, we get blocked again. Please reply here if you believe we have. for now, Comcast subscribers should once again be receiving email and subscription notifications from Tripawds!

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU a million times....you JUST saved me a trip up to comcast, file and emails in hand to blow a gasket and probably get arrested and then who is going to take care of my furkids!
THANK you for taking care of this and YES, I JUST GOT A NOTIFICATION and I AM SO SO SO SO HAPPY...but am saving this info in print form JUST IN CASE they do that stupid thing again.
And for the record they are liars and their customer service in Mexico SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS....several people told me that Comcast has NO ability to block emails and I told them it had already happened so what are they talking about.
You guys are the best, with all you have to do you just made my life easier
