So I am encountering a bizarre problem with accessing the site at home. It started before I went to the States and if anything it seems to be getting worse. The pages take FOREVER to load (10 minutes or more) and often hang up altogether. I've cleared cache and cookies and history. The weird thing is that the same thing applies to my desktop, laptop and mobile phone. It's not absolutely always the case. Occasionally it starts working like normal but then it freezes up again. I can access all other websites as normal so it does seem to be something to do with Tripawds or with Tripawds and my Wifi.
Any ideas? Is anyone else experiencing this?
Thanks,
Clare x

And I have no idea why this thread is called Clare. I swear I didn't name it that. I thought I put something about slow loading pages. Maybe blame the jet lag???

Bit more info. I thought maybe it was a browser issue. I normally use Safari, so I tried Google chrome instead. Same issue. Though my phone appears to be going through a brief respite period at the moment, hence this post. My laptop and desktop are both unable essentially to access the site.

OMC I had to see the technical support topic CLARE LMAO
Ok seriously I have had some issues the last couple weeks when I check in at night and I didn't write down the error! Sorry
I would just get a white page with a big black error message and I could not access anything on the tripawds site.
I did the same as you cleared cache and all that!
In my case it was ok hours later. I do notice frequently it takes a bit to load? I am of no help just wanted to add that I have had some issues too. I use Safari.
Respite over. That last one hung up. Tried Firefox as well. No go. Yet in the hotel in DC, all worked absolutely fine! It's so frustrating. I feel like I'm cut off 😢

Well I was going to say my Wind Up iPad took forever to load the site but it really greatly depends on where I am...at the Vet School, lickity split! At home, it just depends...really thought it just the Wind Up iPad though...so no help from here:(
As for the topic heading, really thought, Clare, that you were sending us an SOS from the border crossing...we would be ALL down with getting arrested over that!
LOL!!! I mean, I know it's not funny! But all I could think of with Admin Guy sees the title CLARE......thank doG it didn't read Sally!!!
It does sound somewhat similar to what I experience in some form, but in my case it is a connection issue for the most part.
And you DO feel out there adrift all alone on the vast sea when you can't stay connected here! We've vot you tethered to us and we won't let go ever!
The Admin Guy will fix it!! They're still in transit so may be in and out of signal range for a vit.
Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!
CLARE!!!!! = HELP!!!!! Is that morse code?
I had that problem summer and it was apparently my ISP address? Admin can help. But I had to beg the internet gods to give me a new one and then all was fine.

Our story: Broke rear leg in June 2013 - non-conclusive results for cancer so leg was plated and pinned. Enlarged spleen in September 2013 and had it removed and was diagnosed with Hemangiosarcoma and started chemotherapy. Became a Tripawd January 8th, 2014 and definitive Hemangiosarcoma diagnosis. Three major surgeries in 7 months and Shelby took them all like a champ only to lose her battle to cancer in her brain. We had 8 amazing extra months together and no regrets. #shelbystrong #loveofmylife

Well you're all very cheeky, that's all I can say.
In point of fact, I seem to have brought the storms back from Virginia. Crashing thunder and lightning right now and the last strike took the power out so now down to my phone, and will gradually fade to silence as the battery drains away.. ⛈

OMD you gals are all so funny!
Yes, we are in transit for a vit and Admin's actually at the wheel right now. But this sounds like a server-level issue that's been popping up lately with certain IP addresses. It happened to me at the hotel, so it's not your browser. Please go to whatismyip.com and let us know what it is. He'll fix the issue as soon as possible. Sorry for the frustration.

Not sure if this is related, but I have been trying to reply on some blogs and getting the white screen of death after I hit submit reply. No error message.
