There could be various reasons, with the cause being anywhere between your account settings and your email software spam filters.

For starters, check your Blog Dashboard -> Settings -> Discussion options to ensure you have the option checked to receive notification.

If the boxes are indeed checked, please deselect them, save settings, select them and save again.

Next, we have recently implemented SMTP delivery of emails being sent from Tripawds and reviewed logs to confirm that such messages are indeed being delivered.

Once the emails leave our server, we hove no control over how they are handled, nor do we have any method for tracking delivery after that. They may be getting blocked as spam by Roadrunner, or filtered within the email client software.
