Sweet! Trouble loved watermellon. Of course, I cut it into pieces for her
Funny story - Bob called me at work one afternoon. We only had one car at the time. He was in a panic, told me Trouble was throwing up blood. I rushed home to take her to the vet. He had a little baggie sample for me to take with me. The vet examined her, took the baggie and headed to the back with the microscope. She came back a short time later looking a bit confused. First question - Did you feed her watermellon? This looks like watermellon. We have laughed and laughed about that being some expensive watermellon treat.

hugapitbull, that's hilarious!
I just have to say AWWWWW to Happy Hannah enjoying her summer treat. I love big dogs and I just want to give her a big hug.
Liberty (Libby) was diagnosed with OSA on 1-22-13. Right front amputation on 1-31-13. No IV Chemo. Metronomic Therapy started 2-19-13 along with supplements and some home cooking. Lungs clear until 1-06-14. She's still her happy, hoppy, bossy self. Living the dog life to the fullest and a proud Winter Warrior. :) RIP my Libby 4-21-03 to 3-19-14

OH COOL! I'm so glad I got to see Hannah! And watermelon...never thought of that. I wonder if the girls would like that? We could have watermelon and bubble picnics. Thanks for the post Sally.
Adelaide is a young tripawd Husky, from an injury. Her amp was on 10/1/12. She has 4 sisters, Aissa (a senior border collie/chow), Maggie May (a puppy Great Pyrenees), Mathilde and Morrigan and 1 baby brother, Bagheera. We are all watched over by our angel Brendol, who was dx with OSA 1/30/13, amp on 2/6/13, and left us on 8/20/13.

Bahahahaha!!! That's great Sally! I watched it last night but my Uverse keeps going out and I don't have Internet. After we saw it we were inspired by Happy Hannah's obvious love for her melon that we decided to give the Danes a little of the only similar thing we had in the fridge. So we gave them each a piece of honeydew and they loved it! Had to grab from Atlas as he started eating the rind and all and I don't think that would be good for him but he swallowed a big piece before I got it. Anyway, can't tell you how bad the gas was all night! Marc and needed gas masks! Was so bad it woke us up from a deep sleep!!!!!!
