I am also delighted to see this and congratulate you on how far you've come! As Jerry said, we really did hold our breath around here during those early days. Hannah was a toughie. And Salty Sally? Well, you were great because you had nowhere to go but up!
I am eternally grateful to whatever sent you here so that you could find the support of so many people who would form Hannah's fan club. Sort of like a Greek chorus, we root for her when confronted by lawn mowers and anything else that needs regulating.
Hoppy ampuversary to Hannah, and congratulations to you for for getting her here, and for persevering. If there is a Tripawd medal for persistence and perseverance, you have earned it.

From abandoned puppy to Tripawd Warrior Dude, Dakota became one of the 2011 February Furballs due to STS. Our incredibly sweet friend lived with grace and dignity till he impulsively raced over the Bridge on 12-15-12.

Spirit Shooter was a Miniature Australian Shepherd who was diagnosed with a MCT and had a LF amp 1/28/13 at 13-1/2 years old.
Shooter crossed the Bridge on 8/28/13, his 7 month ampuversary and two weeks from his 14th birthday.
Congrats Ms Hannah and Mom Sally! You go girl(s) as you both rock! Happy to see and hear Hannah enjoying life and keeping that ridem mower in check.
Very glad you are both part of this community. I will make a toast to you both in celebration of the 6 month milestone!

Way to go, Hannah! And what a good job you are doing on keeping that law mower in check. Now...do you have any hints for me on making the vacuum behave? It always comes out of the closet and chases me outside.
Murphy
Murphy is a five year old Lab/Chessie cross. He was hit by a car on 10/29/12 and became a Tripawd on 11/24/12. On 2/5/13, he had a total hip replacement on his remaining back leg. He has absolutely no idea that he has only three legs!
UPDATE: Murphy lived his life to the fullest, right up until an aggressive bone lesion took him across the Rainbow Bridge on April 9, 2015 and he gained his membership in the April Angels. Run free, my love. You deserve it!
Happy ampuversity miss Hannah! You keep proving big dogs right everywhere! Your face and your moms posts keep a smile on my face! Keep it up sweet girl!
I was away for this grand day. I missed it! So I'll extend the celebration a week later: HAPPIEST HOPPIEST 6 MONTH, HAPPY HANNAH! You're a jewel! And, heck, listen to those healthy lungs of yours! Excellent, girl. Just excellent!

ACL tear in right hind leg 12/5/12 and scheduled ACL repair surgery 12/21/12. Pre-op xrays revealed osteosarcoma. Amputation 12/28/12. Chemo (carboplatin) started Jan 10, 2013 and ended on April 5, for a total of 5 doses. He handled carbo like a champ! No side effects. We started metronomic therapy at his third chemo and have been also doing some holistic treatments. He's a lively, playful 10 year old huskie-boarder collie and a very proud member of the Winter Warriors! Our love. Our funny little guy!
I was away for this great occasion as well. Hoppy belated 6 month ampuversary Happy Hannah! You are a great inspiration to us giant breeds!

Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!
