Otis is in surgery now, and I began a new thread in Treatment and Recovery as it seemed like best place for further updates. Everything went smoothly this morning. As I mention in this new thread, my only cause for concern is whether we made the right decision on removing the scapula or not. Here is the new thread: otis-becomes-a-tripawd-today
