Wyatt gets Amantadine at night because it makes him super sleepy in the daytime. He was getting it 2x daily at first, morning and night, but we reduced it to PM only. Being that your sweetie is a Husky she probably has a totally different metabolism that handles it better.

Jerry, I wanted to tell you that I relayed your greetings to Dr. Bergman today at Keira's oncology appointment. He said you and your wife are "angels." FYI, Keira has really come around the past week or so, and Dr. Bergman thinks she looks great. I think she was feeling bad because of a tumble she had taken when she actually did a somersault. She ran away from me the other day to go to the park in our neighborhood. I feel so optimistic and am grateful for every day we have with this angel of a husky.
Awwwwww this really made our day! Thank you for sharing, it's such a treat to know that Keira is still so feisty and taking on the world as a Tripawd. Got any photos or video to share? We would to see them! Let me know if you'd like help with that.
And as for Dr. Bergman.....so cool, that just made our morning. Thank you for relaying his feedback. He is such an incredible vet/researcher/advocate and all around awesome dude making a difference for pets & people with cancer.
P.S. I should probably clarify that I'm actually Jerry's mom and Admin Guy who you'll see around here, is his pops

Hi Patricia and Keira!
As a true husky lover, I wanted to introduce myself. I'm Patricia 🙂 and my boy is Arktik, a front amputee due to osteosarcoma as well! We are 5 months post ampu. I just read your story and I wanted to say what a great thing you did for Keira. You seemed to have given her a wonderful life. I am glad she seems to be doing well. Keep up the great work you are doing with her 🙂
