My buddy Gus had a left front amputation on April 7, 2010 and lived a great life until July 26,2010

A toast to Dan, for starting this discussion and saying it so well!
When people ask what we "do" and we tell them, they get this blank look on their face and go "huh?" Then they giggle. And we say that unless you've been there, you'll just never get it.
We are so grateful for this amazing community who "gets it" and continues to offer help and support to newcomers who are just now being thrown into the whirlwind of Tripawdness.
