Murphy is celebrating his two year ampuversary today with another of Roxie's yummy peanut butter and apple cakes. He and Gus ate their cake so fast that I didn't even get a video! Hopefully I will do better for the next cake, which will be on Christmas Day, his fifth birthday.

Murphy is a five year old Lab/Chessie cross. He was hit by a car on 10/29/12 and became a Tripawd on 11/24/12. On 2/5/13, he had a total hip replacement on his remaining back leg. He has absolutely no idea that he has only three legs!
UPDATE: Murphy lived his life to the fullest, right up until an aggressive bone lesion took him across the Rainbow Bridge on April 9, 2015 and he gained his membership in the April Angels. Run free, my love. You deserve it!

Harmony became a Tripawd on 10/21/14 (MCT). She left us way too soon on 11/1/14.

Jill is a 9-year-old tuxedo kitty. She was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma in June 2012 on her toe in her right hind leg. Her leg was amputated on 12/12/12 and she completed four rounds of chemo (2 of Carbo, 2 of Doxy) in April 2013. Murphy, y i ur antics, and the antics of Gus have brought so many smiles to our hearts! Andnyou have been such an inspirati i n to those who are dealing with issues with their re.ain i ng legs! I shall ALWAYS stand in awe of the caring devotion and fierce determination your humans displayed when it came time to be your caregivers.....a couple of times over! And your spunk Murphy...off the charts!! You were easily motivated to get stronger everyday though....there were thousands of green beans to pick and many stairs for your mom to climb doing the GRANNY BUMP!!!
