Hi Tripawds family!!!! I see we have a nice new look to the website. We have missed everyone so much, but life is full and busy as ever with the ChatovStudio business, we finally finished the book and we have decided to downsize and simplify our lives so we can focus 100% on quality time and less work. We are selling the farm and building a smaller home on a beautiful lake front lot we found.
Mighty Atlas is doing great and continues to inspire us every day of our lives. He is simply amazing! I never knew my heart could be so filled with love and joy. I just weep when I stop and take it all in. We cannot believe this month marks his 2 year ampuversary. And to think half the vets said he wouldn't make it two months. HA! No wonder he is the calendar boy this month in UGA's Success Stories Calendar. He is 9 years old now and slowing down a bit, but he still manages just fine, even with the wobblers. He exercises at his own discretion and usually Mom has to call him in because he tries to keep up with Sophie. He still gets acupuncture once a month and it helps greatly with his balance and strength. I'll try to post a couple video clips from today.

Atlas is such an inspiration!! He really is a LEGEND around here!! It continues to be such a privilege to be in this journey with you from day one! YOU knew your Atlas better than anyo e and you K EW Alas wanted a chance at a good quality life! And boy oh boy, look at him now!!!
I'm so in love with Atlas and zweet Sophie too! Stunning dogs!! I love how gently these two huge dogs take their treats! So sweet!!

Jill is a 9-year-old tuxedo kitty. She was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma in June 2012 on her toe in her right hind leg. Her leg was amputated on 12/12/12 and she completed four rounds of chemo (2 of Carbo, 2 of Doxy) in April 2013. October 15, 2000 to April 8, 2014
Our story: Broke rear leg in June 2013 - non-conclusive results for cancer so leg was plated and pinned. Enlarged spleen in September 2013 and had it removed and was diagnosed with Hemangiosarcoma and started chemotherapy. Became a Tripawd January 8th, 2014 and definitive Hemangiosarcoma diagnosis. Three major surgeries in 7 months and Shelby took them all like a champ only to lose her battle to cancer in her brain. We had 8 amazing extra months together and no regrets. #shelbystrong #loveofmylife

Way to over come the odds the Mighty Atlas. Happy 2 year ampuversary. I am glad you are still kicking butt and even showing those vets who is boss.
Slowing down is always good. Wish I could retire LOL but have many years unless I win the powerball (but I guess you have to play that in order to win). You will have to post lots of pictures of the new house & property when it is done and Atlas enjoying the lake.

Patricia I just got all teary-eyed, I am SO Happy to read this and SEE the mighty Atlas (and Sophie too!) rockin the good life. Man I can't even begin to tell you how hoppy we are and totally amazed.
You and Atlas are "Hope" defined! When things look bad, when vets say there is no hope for a dog on three, we say "Phooey! There is ATLAS!"
Wow.
I know your next adventure in the new digs will be fantastic. Do Sophie and Atlas get their own rooms though?
