I never get a chance to get on the computers more than a minute or two during the week, so I wanted to post this today. I am so happy that Sammy is through chemotherapy and is relaxing here beside me.
I am going to hug him today and be thankful for each and every one of you. I couldn't have made it to this point without everyones support and the wonderful friendships Sammy and I have made here. We love being a part of your lives, and love that you are here for us.

I am so glad for each day you beat cancer! I hope you are having a special time with your mom and I already know you know how very much she loves you! I bet you are glad to be done with chemo too. I am looking forward to hearing each and every month that you are celebrating another ampuversary! Happy 5 months!

YAY Sammy!! Congrats on the 5 month ampuversary. Here's to lots more celebrations (and treats). Make sure to get lots of tummy rubs and extra playtime too. Keep up the good work at kicking some c butt. Woohoo.

Tai – 9 yr old lab. Diagnosed Osteosarcoma Dec 18/09. Front right leg amputated Dec 21/09. Started chemo Jan 7/10. Lung mets discovered Sept 16/10. Valiant to the end on Oct 26/10 when cancer reappeared in a leg and we made the decision to set her free. Forever in my heart where not even cancer can take her from me.

Sammy does rock! 3 barks hurray for today, when I get home I will give him a big ole' kiss on his forehead.
He is the funniest dog, when he see's me after I have been gone all day he makes this deep non-stop growl in his chest and wags his tail until I think it must break off, and smiles showing me all of his perfectly white teeth! Then, after a brief dance, he will hop over to me doing "s" curves because his tail is wagging so hard. If you didn't know him you would think he was rabid, but he is just the sweetest boy.
I had to share our nightly hello because it makes my world a better place.
