Until I found this site last July, I thought there were only a few of us out there that were going through cancer and amputation. Rene & Jim you are awesome. This site has really expanded and grown. What you do for all of us that have gone through this and are going through this is wonderful. You guys are really special! Keep up the wonderful job you are doing! It is really appreciated. I don't know what I would have done without you and Jerry! Thank you

You are too kind. Thank you so much for the kind words. It makes all our efforts worthwhile. We do it for you ... and for tripawds everywhere. Oh, and for their people too!

I am with Crystal. When they told me that Kellie had Osteosarcoma I felt like my heart was breaking in two. I don't think I felt this way not even when they told me I had cancer...but being a survivor for 8 yrs now and finding your website reminded me that I can be strong for both myself and also Kellie. I love her more than I can imagine and eventhough I would never have her suffer or be in pain just to keep her with me, I know that she is ready to fight this with all her soul and mine along with hers. Thanks to you Jim and Rene for such a wonderful site so full of helpful information. I have learned more about how to help my Kellie fight cancer from this website than anything else. Bless you, Rene and Jerry for making this journey so much easier for us to tackle. KUDOS!!!!
Yes, Kudos to Jerry, Rene, and Jim!
Late last Sept. after Genie's diagnosis, I instinctively said to myself no way that I was going to let Genie go through the surgery.
After a weekend of contemplating and browsing on the internet, I ran into this website. Almost immediately, I felt that there was still hope. The amputation was done in early Oct.
Without your support, Genie and I would not have gone this far.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart (and Genie's).
Jessie (Genie's mom)
Brucesmum,
We are so sorry, but Genie has gone over the rainbow bridge.
