well, the postal carrier delivered a very special package to us today!!! angel abby and her mom sent us a felted likeness of gayle!!! so beautiful - it is just PERFECT!!! here are some pictures of gayle (in the perfect 'gayle pose') and next to angel abby. we just know that gayle and abby are having the best time at the bridge, having margaritas, talking trash with comet, and keeping an eye on all of the monkeybutts hanging out here on earth!!!

Life is good, so very, very good!!! Gayle enjoyed each and every moment of each and every wonderful day (naps included). She left this world December 12, 2011 – off on a new adventure.
Love Never Ends
Hooray - so glad she arrived in one piece!
I can't take all the credit though - my sis helped me make her. We usually make them as a team.
I like picturing Abby and Gayle and Comet and Rio and all the Tripawd heroes having the best time ever at the bridge. 🙂 And they are definitely keeping an eye on the Monkeybutts - so they all better watch out!

Abby: Aug 1, 2009 – Jan 10, 2012. Our beautiful rescue pup lived LARGE with osteosarcoma for 15 months – half her way-too-short life. I think our "halflistic" approach (mixing traditional meds + supplements) helped her thrive. (PM me for details. I'm happy to help.) She had lung mets for over a year. They took her from us in the end, but they cannot take her spirit! She will live forever in our hearts. She loved the beach and giving kisses and going to In-N-Out for a Flying Dutchman. Tripawds blog, and a more detailed blog here. Please also check out my novel, What the Dog Ate. Now also in paperback! Purchase it at Amazon via Tripawds and help support Tripawds!
OH MY GOSH! I love it!!!!!! It's so perfect! What a super nice thing to do Jackie and sis!
I hope the cookies and treats are flowing for our gals in doggie heaven!

The mini-Gayle is perfect!!! I love that we have our mini-me's here to remind us of our sweet pups. Jackie (and sis) do such great work.
Oh, and if there's a party happening wherever my girl is, I'm sure she's working the room. She was never shy about helping herself to a beverage (including margaritas) if left anywhere near doggie-height.
