Some photos of Serge, hopping around outside, wearing his Webmaster harness , and his brand new blue ":Tripawds Rule" bandanna.. The "Medium" size harness is a little loose around his belly, but he will grow into it very quickly. The "Small" size would have lasted maybe another week !!
The sun is reflecting off his facial markings, and it looks as if he has dipped his head in "glitter paint".. really bizarre effect.. He is doing really well, and we should be starting his exercises within the next week..

Serge looks so handsome in his attire!
He really is a fine looking boy. He already looks muscular and fit for such a young fella'! And his hair seems to be growng back very quickly too.
Now with all the surgery behind you, Serge and you (and Raven too) can look forward to a full life together of fun and companionship! Enjoy!

Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!
I just noticed on the photos, that his rear leg is still "twisted" towards the outside.. Left over from the pre-amp days..There is a lot of work ahead, but, German Shepherds in particular need to be kept busy, so there is an "UP SIDE", even more so, when it is turned into a fun event.
Step here, get a treat ! Sit there, get a treat !.Hop over this, get a treat !... 'Free shaping' with treats has to be the easiest way to get a dog (especially a young dog) to offer up a particular behaviour.. Mind you, they have to be high value treats..

I did notice his back leg turned in. Maggie did that too until she gained more strength and figured out where her rear foot needed to be- more in the center, then her leg would be more straight. Her back leg would also start wobbling or her rear end would sink when she got tired.
In pug language 'high value' treat = edible!

Yep, I see what you mean by the back leg situation. That's something that will get better in time with your commitment to helping him get strong. Crazy little guy, he's just unstoppable isn't he?

Serge is looking great. Once he adjusts to not having that leg & all those core muscles get stronger you will see improvement with that leg.
