We just got back from another few days camping in San Simeon and this time my mom took pictures !!!!!
For a present my pawrents got me some new stairs to make it easier for me to get in and out of the camper.
I got to run hot laps around the campground again and I had lots and lots of little kids come over to pet my belly and feel my soft ears....
I was so worn out saturday night - but boy did I have fun!
And this my 2, 3 & 4 legged friends is what I got to have for dinner to celebrate my 5 month ampuversary!
AM I SPOILED OR WHAT!!!!!!!!

Chili Dawg crossed the Rainbow Bridge on 8/30/2011 & is now pain free. He was my heart dog, and I miss him every day.

Happy 5th month ampuversary Riley!! I dont know what that thing you are eating is , but it looks like something I would SERIOUSLY enjoy! Have fun camping! I might get a 4 day weekend at the cabin if dad gets friday off!! Keep up the good work!!

WOW! Riley you have got a swell mom and dad! Happy 5 month ampuversary!
I'm not a camping person myself but between you and Cooper always going camping, I'm getting the camping fever!
That's a great looking mess of fish! I bet it was good!

She departed us unexpectedly January 23, 2011 at the age of 12 1/2.
She was born with a deformed front leg and a tripawd all of her life.

Cooper swears he goes to his cabin but I have yet to see proof and now this camping story for the second time!!???

Ooooh! I love camping. I wish my people would take me camping again some time soon. The food is always so good when you're camping. Plus, tents are like dog caves with blankies!!! Awesome. If only I could take my comfy bed with me when I go camping..... Cuz when you get to be my age, sleeping on the ground is NOT an option.
Looks like your special day was pawesome!!! You deserve it!!!

Thanks everypawdy for the happy wishes……
The red things are Rock Cod – my dad got 3 of 'em – I got to eat fish for dinner – but they wouldn't let me roll on them which is what I really wanted to do….My dad goes out in the middle of the ocean in a kayak and catches fish – crazy huh…..
As for the steps, they are the "Pet Loader Steps" they worked great going up and down – but the sign says Dogs Only – No People but my pawrents used them just fine – so you can use them for people too.
Next on the Calendar is another camping trip to another place that has lake fish not ocean fish – so that ought to be fun too -
I'll keep you posted…….

Ohh so you want proof…. I see how it is , most of the nice people and dogs here dont require more than a spoken statement to know their friend is on the up and up, but proof you want, proof you shall have Monkeypinhead…err I mean MonkeyPIRATE… I shall be at the cabin again this Friday so we shall have your proof.. everypawdy knows you are just jealous cause you dont have a cabin or get to go camping…

Spirit Samson was Spirit Tripawd Daisys four legged "brother" and ruled as the self proclaimed head of the Monkeybutt Federations East Coast Division. Lady Chunky Monkey stayed from Oct 2011 and left for the bridge in Apr 2012. Miss Perdy is left and has some big pawprints to fill.
