I just discovered when I was looking through the blogs that Ruthie (a flat coated retriever) has a blog here....it is my understanding from my vet's office that Ruthie is ALSO doing the temador....If anyone knows her please let her know I am trying to contact her somehow.
I just left a message on the blog and I'm going to ask the nurse when she calls with the blood work if she would maybe have someone call Pat and give her my phone number....but if anyone else knows how to contact her...I'd appreciate it.
Hey let us know if you get in touch OK? I'm sure she'll be contacting you. Good luck!

I hope OJ's doing ok, too. We'll be keeping all of you in our hearts...
Hugs,

Holly joined the world of tripawds on 12/29/2009. She has a big little sister, Zuzu, who idolizes Holly and tries to make all of her toys into tripawds in Holly's honor. And she's enjoying life one hop at a time!

THanks for asking...OJ is home and seems a little brighter. We are upping the prednisone and doing away with the appetite pill he WAS taking cuz he may just be immune to it now. And now I have to cut pepcid in QUARTERS (oh sure) to give him in addition to the other stuff. I said no feeding tube...if we can do it with the syringe to get him over this hump fine, but I need to start realizing I probably can't get him to live til 50....he is very happy to be home, Magic is very content the family is back together again and now he can concentrate on how rotten he feels (he has to after what we went thru to get the chemo pill down......picture all those jokes you read about pilling a CAT...well that was us this afternoon, only it was getting the one last chemo pill down a DOG...thank GOD no one saw us.)
Just curious, can you try OJ on babyfood? It may be an easy way to feed him until he starts to eat again.
