So I am sure there are many many pups wanting a visit from KilBarney, but I would love to get on the waiting list....

No such "waiting list" exists. It is up to whoever receives a visit from Barney to decide where he goes next. The best way to attract Barney, may be to make friends with as many Tripawds members as possible. Or, stay tuned to the Killbarney Blog and send a PM to the next member who has him as soon as you find out where he is.
Thanks for starting this topic! Anyone interested might want to express their desire with a reply here so future hosts of Barnery have a list of those who would like to see the Killbarney Tour come to their town.
PS: Another option is to get your own barney and submit your photos for publication in the KillBarney blog.
