Happy Ampuversary Cemil !!!! You are the coolest dinosaur sized tripawd we know!!
Cemil is the first tripawd Maggie met after we found this web site. I saw there were a bunch of people in Nor Cal who got together once a month; I saw some pics and I wasn't sure if I should take Maggie as she is sometimes snappy around big dogs. As it turns out Cemil lives in our town and his mom offered to let Maggie meet Cemil one on one to see how she would do.
She told me "I have one of the bigger tripawds....". ONE of the BIGGER!!!!! Holy Toledo!!! Mag got along just fine with Cemil and gave me the confidence to take Mag to the monthly meetups-
Thanks Cemil for being Maggie's gigantic buddy!!!
There is no doubt about it, this is a very good reason to celebrate with a PAWRTY!! I would supose that if this is a one year ampuversary it should be like Cemil - A VERY BIG PAWRTY!! I know that we will be celebrating with you and if the sound of the rain holds for a momemt, you should be hearing the cheering that is eminating from the south side of town. As tradition in this house requires, we will be taking our usual Valley Ride, special treats, extra hugs, Ice Cream, and a very special toast to Cemil.
We will be looking for many more such wonderful milestones and the best to you (and mom).

Thank you all, very much. Cemil had a pawty of a day--he went to work with me and then we all had hamburgers for dinner. The pawty will continue for the rest of the week because this is a Big One!! We're all so thankful to have this extra time. We're also thankful for our friends here and the support so generously offered.
Cemil had his purple pimp hat on for a short time this evening in celebration. It's been denuded of all the birthday stickers (thanks to Mujde), but his chagrin is still there. Watch for a blog post Saturday.

Ha! The purple party pimp hat lives on! Proof that one does not need money (this hat cost Adam a whole 2 dollars to get supplies and make) to have fun! I'm kinda glad Mujde took care of the "extras" and now it's just one crazy hat for the whole family to enjoy.
I am soooo happy that you all had hamburgers today. There is nothing that makes me happier than knowing that Cemil is celebrating today eating hamburgers with his family!
I too, enjoy the image of Cemil and Maggie off seeing all the people of the Mill Valley dog park. Two politicians, working the public together. It's one of those things that just makes me giggle in the middle of my work day (or night).
