Monkeybutt Samson
Spirit Samson was Spirit Tripawd Daisys four legged "brother" and ruled as the self proclaimed head of the Monkeybutt Federations East Coast Division. Lady Chunky Monkey stayed from Oct 2011 and left for the bridge in Apr 2012. Miss Perdy is left and has some big pawprints to fill.

Hey I'm late too but I just want to congratulate you on this momentous occasion! Congratulations Holly!
Isn't it so cool....your humans start out this amputation journey afraid and scared of the future, not knowing what will happen. And then blammo! 17 months later, there you are, a Tripawd Rock Star beating the odds and showing the world that anything's pawsible. Thank you for being there to keep pawsitivity alive with all the newcomers!

Rusty is a Labradoodle who was diagnosed with level 3 Fibrosarcoma on January 16th, 2010 and had his left hind leg amputated on January 25th, 2010 five days before his 18 month birthday. Please see Rusty's blog @rusty.tripawds.com. He is putting up one heck of a fight against this terrible disease.

Holly, Zuzu and Susan,
Way to go - seventeen months is one incredible milestone - a journey that is inspirational to all who are now following - and one enormous reason for PAWRTY!!! I am a little late replying but Mom & Dad are on their annual trip to Yellowstone so have been a little busy. In fact, a little too busy with a trip that did not go as smoothly as usual. However, Dad will always remember your ampuversary and has often looked into the site with the hopes that he could see how you are doing.
So back to the REAL IMPORTANT ISSUES, you will just have to extend this pawrty for another day but it sounds like you have all the planning well in hand. Extra Hugs, Extra Playtime, Extra Special Treats, and ICE CREAM. You might ask your mom to include some Green Beans in honor of Trouble, and Jerky in honor of Emily. Dad says that the trailer is never really packed for a trip until this very special items have been included.
I know that Dad is so very happy that you have made this incredible milestone. A day never goes by without my family remembering all our Tripawd heros (past and present) and their families in special prayers. Today we celebrate your success and understand that it is a tribute to the strong bond you share.

PS from Dad: For those who do not know, Cherry became a sprit the same day that Holly and Tehya became Tripawds. Thus, the special meaning for Holly's ampuversary celebration. May you celebrate many more.
