Tomorrow is Holly's 6 month ampuversary! We've started celebrating one night early cuz we're so excited here - turkey for dinner tonight! Thank you to everyone for being here for us every hop of the way! I can't think of a better group of people to share life's ups (and downs) with.
Holly joined the world of tripawds on 12/29/2009. She has a big little sister, Zuzu, who idolizes Holly and tries to make all of her toys into tripawds in Holly's honor. And she's enjoying life one hop at a time!

Yay Holly, Hoppy 6th month ampuversary!!!

Tasha 8 years old, First cancer diagnosis 6/26/09, Last cancer diagnosis 9/26/09, Amputation 10/01/09, Loving our girl moment by moment.
Tasha lost her battle and became my Angel on May 4 2011. Forever in my heart….
No doubt about it - this is an excellent reason to start a PAWRTY. Getting an early start sounds like a great idea to us. Extra hugs, extra playtime, extra special treats, and like Karen and the pug girls - we vote for ICE CREAM. I presume that the turkey dinner includes all the extra trimmings - stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, cranberry sauce, and green beans. If they are working for Trouble, then we want the same type of results for Holly.
We will be looking forward to many more Ampuversaries for Holly.

Life is good, so very, very good!!! Gayle enjoyed each and every moment of each and every wonderful day (naps included). She left this world December 12, 2011 – off on a new adventure.

Kona turned 9yrs on April 16, 2010.
Kona was diagnosed Memorial Weekend 2010 with osteosarcoma.
Right rear leg amputated on June 4th. First chemo June 18th 2010
Second chemo July 9th, 2010 Third and final (yea !!!) chemo July 30th, 2010

Bella 9yrs, albino lab/aussie shep/pit?(abandoned in mts as a puppy) deaf & blind (from birth) in one eye limited vision in other.(laid back, ok lazy 73 lbs)
Cotton, 5yrs, albino hound/terrier of somesort/???(abandoned in mts as a puppy) deaf & blind in one eye(from birth), excellent vision in seeing eye. (ball addict…destroyer of Kong balls…yes,etc), high energy 55lbs knots of muscle)
Kona Kai's pup brother and sister as well as her buddy and playmate cat, Shaymous 12yrs (like Seamus), miss her terribly.

I'm so glad you started the pawty early, the chauffeur ate all the ice cream so we are doing Popsicles! Then it will be cheeseburgers, french fries, green beans and more Popsicles!

Happy 6 Month Ampuversary Holly Jolly! We've already begun celebrating with some frosty paws and Mackenzie and Kobe gobbled it right down in your honor. Thank you Holly and Susan for being here for all of us every hop of the way

My sweet golden Mackenzie. She became my angel on Dec 29, 2010 at the age of 8 1/2 although she was always my angel from the time we brought her home. She was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in Sept 2009 and officially became a tripawd (front leg) on Nov 5, 2009. She will be forever in my heart and now she's running free with all of our other tripawd heroes. I love you Mackenzie!

Happy Hoppy 6 months Holly. I can't tell you how happy I am that you didn't say you were celebrating with green beans. I just got finished manipulating Fortis into honoring the veggie girl from Orange Texas by eating a green bean. It was not fun. He's not happy with me right now. Turkey is just what I need to make him like me again. So turkey it is in honor of sweet Holly.

OH WOW! I can't believe it's been six months! That's is worth starting the celebrations early!
Comet wants me to tell Holly that she feels like she's known her so much longer. She's says she's such a great friend that when she first met her, it was like she knew her furever! And also she said to say, "Medium-sized Dogs RULE! - Comet and Holly BF's Furever!"
I say break out some salmon ice cream!
Comet - 1999 to 2011
She departed us unexpectedly January 23, 2011 at the age of 12 1/2.
She was born with a deformed front leg and a tripawd all of her life.
