Today is Jill's 10th Birthday!!! I am really at a loss for words to explain how lucky I feel that we are able to celebrate today. This is the third birthday we are celebrating since Jill was diagnosed with osteosarcoma. I don't know why we are one of the lucky ones, but I count my blessings each and every day and she continues to fight against this horrid disease for all her friends she has lost along the way.
So today please celebrate Jill and give all your kitties and puppies extra love and treats in honor of Jill!
Jill is a 9-year-old tuxedo kitty. She was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma in June 2012 on her toe in her right hind leg. Her leg was amputated on 12/12/12 and she completed four rounds of chemo (2 of Carbo, 2 of Doxy) in April 2013. 05/04/2006 - Bosch, Sassy's pal, earned his wings 03/29/19 fought cancer for 4 months.

Very happy 10th birthday, pretty Jill !! Celebrating today with extra hugs, and treats for all my fur babies, and chocolate for me !! My kitty Autumn loves hugs, but my other silly kitty Goober, not so much, lol !!

Awww Jillybean! I can't believe it's your third birthday celebration here, and now you're in the double digits too? Wow! You look so young and healthy and hoppy sweetie! Congratulations on beating this disease and showing the world how there's life after a diagnosis.
We owe a lot to you my dear Trikitty. As one of the original ones who was brave enough to hop into the pack of wild Tripawd dawgs and join the fun, so many others have done the same thanks to your courage. We are a better and more knowledgable community because of you!

Deb and Angel Lexie* Diagnosed at age 13. Tried radiation first; wish we had amputated upon diagnosis (even with lung mets). Joined Club Tripawd April 2014 & Lexie loved life on 3 legs! Advice: Start physical therapy as soon as your vet clears it, especially hydrotherapy if available :-) See Lexie pics here.

Our story: Broke rear leg in June 2013 - non-conclusive results for cancer so leg was plated and pinned. Enlarged spleen in September 2013 and had it removed and was diagnosed with Hemangiosarcoma and started chemotherapy. Became a Tripawd January 8th, 2014 and definitive Hemangiosarcoma diagnosis. Three major surgeries in 7 months and Shelby took them all like a champ only to lose her battle to cancer in her brain. We had 8 amazing extra months together and no regrets. #shelbystrong #loveofmylife
