So in honor of Sassy's 7th Birthday her is her portrait again (Sally, I know you love it as do I).

So to update everyone Sassy is doing great. Yes, we hit another little snag this past week started to have more problems with peeing. But we got that taken care of our new metronomic drug is on the way as we speak. So I hope everything goes A ok with this. a little nervous as she has done so well on the other one and I don't want her to start having problems and the mets just go crazy. But enough of that. So we are having a party a little later and will post more pictures but wanted to share a few that I have on here.

Jill is a 9-year-old tuxedo kitty. She was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma in June 2012 on her toe in her right hind leg. Her leg was amputated on 12/12/12 and she completed four rounds of chemo (2 of Carbo, 2 of Doxy) in April 2013. Wish I knew how to use colors like Jerry---this post would be lit up like a Christmas tree!
We get to celebrate a birthday of a true trioawd hero and a true tripawd nero Mom!! AND......best of all we get to see that MAGNIFICENT portrait of Sassy!!
Michelle----and I'm telli g you the truth.....everytime I see that portrait it taes my breath away! I get goosey bumps!! It really does feel like my heart swells with joy and with pride!! Everytime!! It is an incredibly astounding likeness of Sassy and captures every single essence of her dynamic personality!! The joy! The happiness! The gentle soul! The huge loving heart! The fun of just being Sassy! She just fills the whole space with her shining light!
And her puppy picture....hhhhh my goodness....how cute!! And what a birthday celebration and one heck of a steak!! I showed it to Hapoy Hannah and she tried to jump through the screen to eat it! It'll take days to get the slobber off!
Sassy and Bosch are such beautiful dogs. Their shiny coats always amaze me.
Thanks for letting us celsbrate with yiu! It is one heck of a privilege to be invited to this birthday party on SASSY DAY! YAAAAAAY SASSY DAY!!
And I'm NOT kidding------i've scrolled up at least three times to look at that portrait while typing this.....and each time it affects me as though it's the first!
Talk about life affirming and forever being alive......forever being with you.....nailed it with that portrait!

Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!

Liberty (Libby) was diagnosed with OSA on 1-22-13. Right front amputation on 1-31-13. No IV Chemo. Metronomic Therapy started 2-19-13 along with supplements and some home cooking. Lungs clear until 1-06-14. She's still her happy, hoppy, bossy self. Living the dog life to the fullest and a proud Winter Warrior. :) RIP my Libby 4-21-03 to 3-19-14
