We're appreciating God's favor today, and the support of our Tripawd friends. This has truly been a life-changing journey with "appreciating today" the byword. Who knows what tomorrow will bring; but today is good.
Another "good" is the friends we've made on this road. Thank you all for sharing the moments, good and bad. I know that part can be counted upon to continue.

Jake, 10yr old golden retriever (fractured his front right leg on 9/1, bone biopsy revealed osteosarcoma on 9/10, amputation on 9/17) and his family Marguerite, Jacques and Wolfie, 5yr old german shepherd and the newest addition to the family, Nala, a 7mth old Bengal mix kittie. Jake lost his battle on 11/9/2009, almost 8 weeks after his surgery. We will never forget our sweet golden angel… http://jakesjou.....ipawds.com ….. CANCER SUCKS!

Debra & Emily, a five year old doberman mix, who was diagnosed with an osteosaecoma. She had a right rear leg amputation on May 19, 2009. On November 10, 2009 she earned her wings and regained her fourth leg.

We want to extend to you a very sincere wish of a very Hoppy 11 month Ampuversary. We have been looking all day for this posting but started to celebrate with Cherry early this morning. Of course for Cherry the celebration starts with a ride in the truck, extra hugs, special treats, and it will end with Pumpkin Pie and Ice Cream. You should not have to strain very hard to hear our cheering for your reaching such a great milestone. Please never allow reaching these milestone become mundane for they are always a reason to give thanks!
I look forward to the day when we can meet.

Gerry has been a tripawd since 12/16/2009.
He was a shelter dog with a mysterious past and an irrepairable knee injury.
